Shoulder is seam to seam across the back below neck. Length is from the highest shoulder point to hem. Sleeve length is from shoulder to cuff. Bicep is the widest sleeve point.

To check your fit.. find something similar in your wardrobe to compare. Take measurements after you lay it comfortably flat.. allowing for a degree of inconsistency. As all measurements are taken by half.. double for approximate full circumference..
