       Shipping

  • Our atelier offers a hand-made authentic production process, so we attend to your order with the attention to detail it deserves, refreshingly placing the emphasis on quality, over speed.
  • Allow for 3 weeks minimum turnaround after your order is received.. and up to 6 weeks minimum for all extra hand-stitched treatments. Once all is ready, we will deliver your items to you as quickly as possible. We post all items on Tuesday's and Friday's before 1pm each day.
  • Domestic items are delivered via Australia Post Express at a flat rate of $15 at checkout. Please allow 2-4 days for delivery.
  • International items are delivered via Australia Post Express at a flat rate of $35 at checkout. Please allow 14-30 days for delivery. All taxes and duties specific to your country will be paid for by you, the customer. We advise to make a check of this prior to purchase.
  • Once shipped, you will be sent a tracking number for your security, via email.
  • All shipping costs are to be covered by you, the customer, unless we have a personal prior arrangement. 

 

      Returns

  • As we craft your pieces utilising an authentic hand-made process, returns are possible, only when the following conditions are considered.
  • Purchases within Australia can be sent back for an online credit code only provided they are in original new condition. i.e. unworn, unwashed, still tagged, and sent back within 14 days of delivery. You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, prior to sending back your item/s for approval and instructions for how to do a return/exchange. A credit code for the cost of the item will be sent to you once terms are agreed upon. This credit does not include return shipping costs, which are the responsibility of you, the customer.
  • We cannot refund your purchase due to a change of mind.. or your fit or fabric preferences, so please consider our sizing information carefully before your purchase and please reach out to us with any queries about sizing or style characteristics and we'll be happy to guide you with your Bukeshla needs. 
  • Unfortunately, we cannot refund or exchange special custom order requests. This is due to the likelihood of custom sizing, specific to your needs. So please ensure that you have provided us with the most accurate information and sizing when you are placing your special custom order, if applicable.

  • Return requests have to be prior approved by Bukeshla
  • Online purchases within Australia only
  • The item must be returned within 14 days of receipt of your shipment
  • Only original new condition is acceptable for returns
  • The item must be unwashed and unworn
  • The item must be in original packaging, with tags attached
  • Faulty Items are eligible for a refund, if agreed by us

  • Return shipping is the responsibility of you, the customer, unless the item is agreed to be faulty by us.
  • After review of your item, if we deem it not acceptable for return, it will be sent back to you at your own cost with a detailed report.
  • We reserve the right to reject any request for returns that do not comply with the conditions above.

        MEASUREMENT GUIDE

All measurements given in our tables are taken from the garment when laid comfortably flat.. allowing for a degree of inconsistency. Always.. care is taken not to stretch the garment.. nor is it allowed to gather too much but just comfortably positioned. Measurements are taken from this one dimensional flat position.. and should not be read as circumference quantities. 

In our styles with an oversized fit.. the Bust is taken as the Width of the front..    seam to seam. Sleeve length is taken by folding the top in half along the centre front line and measuring from the intersection of this line with the length of cuff through to this point.

In fitted garments.. Bust is taken from just below armhole seam to seam. Sleeve length is from shoulder to cuff.

Generally.. for all styles.. Length is highest shoulder point to hem. Bodice length is highest shoulder point to gathering seam. Waist is seam to seam at top of waistband. Bicep is the widest sleeve point.

To check your fit.. find something similar in your wardrobe to compare. Take measurements after you lay it comfortably flat.. allowing for a degree of inconsistency. As all measurements are taken by half.. double for approximate full circumference.
