M. As a fitted garment.. Bust is taken just below the armhole.. seam to seam when buttoned naturally. Shoulder is seam to seam across the back below neck. Hip is the width at hem when buttoned naturally. Length is from the highest shoulder point to hem. Sleeve length is from shoulder seam to cuff.
To check your fit.. find something similar in your wardrobe to compare. Take measurements after you lay it comfortably flat.. allowing for a degree of inconsistency. As all measurements are taken by half.. double for approximate full circumference..
